1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Vocia (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Vocia is an AI-powered voice notes application that transcribes spoken audio into text, generates summaries, and extracts actionable tasks. Core processing occurs on-device using Apple Intelligence. Optional cloud AI processing may be enabled by the user in Settings.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Free Tier: Vocia offers up to 10 notes at no charge.
Vocia Premium: Unlimited notes and features are available via auto-renewable subscription:
- Monthly plan — billed monthly
- Yearly plan — billed annually
Subscriptions are processed through Apple’s App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription period.
4. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Vocia, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
By default, all audio and AI processing happens on your device. No voice recordings are transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly enable cloud AI processing in Settings.
5. Intellectual Property
Vocia and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Digitaleria SL and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its infrastructure
- Use the App in any way that could damage or impair the service
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Digitaleria SL does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce accurate transcriptions in all conditions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digitaleria SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Valencia, Spain.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the App or email.
